Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your booking free of charge and receive a full refund if you make the request at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the experience.

How to reach us?

We will meet you in Via Sopra Le Mura, 11, Sorrento, NA 80067. You will receive detailed information via email after booking.

Food intolerances, allergies, and dietary restrictions

• Any intolerances or allergies must be indicated at the time of booking.
• For shared experiences, we will adapt the menu based on your dietary needs.

What happens if I arrive late?

• Private Experiences – We allow a maximum delay of 1 hour, with prior notice.
• Shared Experiences – We allow a maximum delay of 15 minutes to respect other participants. If you are later than that, your booking will be canceled without a refund.

What happens in case of bad weather conditions?

In case of rain or adverse weather conditions, the experience will take place as planned in our indoor kitchen.

General Information

• Payment Methods – You can pay by credit/debit card directly through our online booking system, but we also accept cash payments and bank transfers.
• Experience Languages – Cooking classes are available in Italian and/or English.
• Families with Children – Our experiences are family-friendly. Infants (0-2 years old) are not considered active participants and are free of charge, while children benefit from a price reduction.
